Managed Sales Service
Whilst we don’t sell or market properties for clients, as trusted advisors we will advise clients on the sales process and act as a main point of contact throughout, appointing agents on your behalf and working to secure you the best sales price.
The process would involve research, interviewing selling agents, analysing valuations, appointing agents and advising on agency agreements, as well as providing independent and objective advice on offers received and managing the negotiation process.
